Clipper Blade Sharpening
All clipper blades are sharpened by the same process used at the factory. Blades are disassembled, cleaned, and blown off. They are then sharpened on a hollow ground plate until the entire cutting surface has a new cutting edge. The blades are then demagnetized, washed in a cleaner, and blown dry. At this point each blade is oiled and reassembled. The top cutter is aligned and the spring tension is checked. Each blade is tested with a special test string (same as used in the factory) and additionally on rabbit fur prior to shipping.
